Green Book Among Big Golden Globe Winners

The 76th Golden Globe Awards kicked off awards season on Sunday night, bringing some of Hollywood’s brightest from the worlds of film and television together for a evening steered by co-hosts Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh.

Among big winners in film, Green Book garnered Best Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor (Mahershala Ali) and Best Picture—Comedy or Musical, while Bohemian Rhapsody took home Best Picture—Drama and garnered a Best Actor in Motion Picture Drama nod for star Rami Malek.

In Television categories, the medium’s most-nominated program, The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, snagged the Best Limited Series honor, plus its star Darren Criss received the Best Actor in a Limited Series award. Globes co-host Sandra Oh celebrated a history-making win for Best Actress in a Drama for her work on BBC America series Killing Eve.
